Send an email to your patients informing them of your status.  An email campaign template has been created for you to send to your active patients regarding concerns and care during this time. You can find it on your dashboard under featured campaigns and instructions on how to set it up can be found here.

Reminder message updates. We can modify your courtesy reminder text messages to add language regarding cancellations or postponement of appointments, or help you prepare a message in the event your office will need to close.

We also encourage you to update your office hours on your website, Google My Business and your social media channels should you need to close your office or reduce your hours.

We are here for you. All offices will remain open and hours are unchanged.
